The burritos will be assembled at Greg Sullivan’s house and sold at the 8:30 and 10:30 masses.
Here is where we need help:
4 Pre-cooks. Deliver your product to Greg Sullivan’s house at 6:45am on 28 February. Greg will bring you the materials in advance as usual.
4 Assembly cooks. Report to Greg Sullivan’s house at 6:45 am on 28 February.
3 Persons for set-up and sales. At 8am set up tables, chairs and an awning outside. Position the tall steam warmer and turn it on. Prepare the cash box and writing pad. Make sales after 0830.
3 Persons for sales and teardown. Make sales after the 1030 Mass and put away the equipment when complete. Greg will help with this part.
1 Person to transport burritos from Greg’s house to the church. Report to Greg Sullivan’s house at 8:30am.
If you are going to make a purchase of 20 or more burritos, please let us know in advance. As usual, burritos are $3 each or $20 for 7.
