SUMMARY:Walk for Life
DESCRIPTION:For more info\, please see flyer at Walk For Life\nand  Life Network Event .  \nJoin us on Saturday\, June 5th as we Walk for Life and raise funds for the ministry of Life Network! This year\, walkers can choose to join with us at Memorial Park in person as we safely walk at staggered times\, or if you prefer\, walk in your own neighborhood. At Memorial Park\, we will have a 5K Fun Run at 8:00 am\, followed by a Kid’s Race at 9:00! Walkers will start out in staggered groups for the 2-mile Walk at 9:30\, 10\, 10:30\, 11 and 11:30. This is a family-friendly event for people of all ages. Participating in the Walk for Life is a great way to get your kids involved with supporting and protecting the sanctity of life!

SUMMARY:Farewell for Former GK Kerry White and SK Mark Russell
DESCRIPTION:Brother Knights\,\nTwo members of our council and their wives will be leaving the Colorado Springs area to be closer to family. Past Grand Knight Kerry White and Rebecca White will be moving to Oklahoma. Also\, Past Officer Mark Russell and Jill Russell will move to Montana.\nWe are happy that these couples shared our parish with us and were brother knights\, so we would like to bid them farewell with a party. The date of the event is June 10th\, which is our normal member meeting date. The time and place for the party is 6 pm to about 8pm at the church hall.\nWe will be serving plates with hamburgers and hot dogs\, chips\, a dessert and a drink. You can stop by for dinner or just stop by to chat and bid the couples farewell.\nPlease RSVP via email on whether or not you will be having dinner at the gathering so that we can have a good idea of how much to buy. Don’t be shy. Also\, we will need help preparing and serving the meal\, so if you would like to help\, let us know.

Deliver your product to Greg Sullivan’s house at 6:45am on 28 February. Greg will bring you the materials in advance as usual. \n4 Assembly cooks. Report to Greg Sullivan’s house at 6:45 am on 28 February.  \n3 Persons for set-up and sales.  At 8am set up tables\, chairs and an awning outside. Position the tall steam warmer and turn it on. Prepare the cash box and writing pad.  Make sales after 0830.\n3 Persons for sales and teardown.  Make sales after the 1030 Mass and put away the equipment when complete.  Greg will help with this part. \n1 Person to transport burritos from Greg’s house to the church. Report to Greg Sullivan’s house at 8:30am. \nIf you are going to make a purchase of 20 or more burritos\, please let us know in advance. DESCRIPTION:Our Officers Installation has been scheduled for 6:15 PM on Thursday evening\, June 24th .  Please RSVP to my email so we know how many officers may not be able to attend.  If any of my brother knights that are not officers would be willing to attend the installation I know already that we will need 4-6 brothers to stand in for those who cannot make it.  If you are willing to be a stand-in please RSVP to me as well.   \nWe will need a little help setting up so for those who are able and willing we can start setting up at 5:45pm  Our District Deputy Tony Ricardelli will lead the installation.  The installation will take about 30 minutes or so.
