SUMMARY:Fish Fry
DESCRIPTION:This will follow The Living Stations of the Cross.   \nWe will need 3-4 volunteers to cook\, 4-6 at least as runners to transport the cooked fish and fries into the building\, and 6-8 to help out with serving\, setup and cleanup.  Please respond back to this email if you are able to help out or if you have any questions.  The start time for setup will be 3:00pm.  Cook time will start around 4:30-4:45ish and serving will start at 5:30 and run until 6:55pm.  Remember that the purpose of this fish fry is to draw parishioners and families to the church for Friday Stations of the Cross.  In the spirit of Lent\, this is a simple meal with just fish\, fries and coleslaw.  In the spirit of fasting and almsgiving the proceeds from this evening will go to help our local poor and needy working with Fr. Brad and the parish office to ensure the funds go to the right needs.

SUMMARY:Outdoor Stations of the Cross Cleanup and Maintenance
DESCRIPTION:We’re looking for volunteers to work with Charlie Walker to help with cleanup and leveling of the ground on the path for the outdoor Stations of the Cross.  The main objective is to clean off the new cement walkway and spread the dirt up against the raised sides of the walkway.  We will start Monday\, 14 March\, at 9AM.  Work will continue on Tuesday if needed.  Shovels\, rakes\, and wheelbarrows will be helpful.  Brother James Appleyard has also offered us the use of his tractor so that will also make the work much easier! DESCRIPTION:WE NEED YOUR HELP!  This Sunday we are once again going to be selling our breakfast burritos.    In order to make enough burritos this time around Greg Sullivan will be leading 2 assembly lines beginning at 6:30am in the parish hall kitchen.  We need to have as many as possible to help out!  Since we sold out again early last time we are planning on making 20 trays of burritos again on Sunday!  Cooking and burrito assembly begin at 6:30am\, setup and sales crews at 9:20 and 11:20. I think we could easily use 10-12 volunteers for that 6:30 shift as well as 4-6 for both of the sales crews!  \nIf you are going to make a purchase of 20 or more burritos\, please let us know in advance.
