DESCRIPTION:This year on Saturday\, June 3\, Life Network will host the 36th Annual Walk for Life! The Walk for Life is a simple way for people of all ages to get involved by actively demonstrating support for the value of human life – and a desire to make a difference in the lives of women\, men\, students and babies in our community. By raising funds and walking yourself or sponsoring another walker for the Walk for Life\, you are directly helping the ministry of Life Network advance its mission to cultivate a community that values life through the love of Christ. \nParticipating walkers can choose to join with us at Memorial Park in person or if you prefer\, to walk in your own neighborhood. DESCRIPTION:Our council will be doing a trash pick-up on our three mile stretch of Black Forest Road on Saturday 29 Oct.  We will meet at the Black Forest Road Subway parking lot at 8:00 am.  Charlie Walker will lead the activity. Please come out to help – more participants means less work for everybody.  Orange trash bags and high visibility vests will be provided\, but you should bring gloves and anything else you might need like hats\, water and sunscreen

SUMMARY:Corporate Communion and Lunch
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, June 25th\, our council will be hosting a Corporate Communion Mass at Our Lady of Pines at 10:30 am Mass.  This is a special mass for our council members to gather as one body with families and friends to share the Eucharist in the spirit of both fraternity and unity. All knights are requested to attend the 10:30 am Mass wearing their knight’s wear (shirts).  After Mass\, we will host a luncheon for all knights\, spouses\, and families.  Please pay in advance on our website here Corporate Communion Luncheon.  We will need a headcount by Wednesday 6/21 to order the catered food.  Our meal will consist of finger sandwiches and salad.
