SUMMARY:Breakfast Burritos
DESCRIPTION:WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We are once again going to be selling our breakfast burritos.    In order to make enough burritos this time around Greg Sullivan will be leading 2 assembly lines beginning at 6:30am in the parish hall kitchen.  We need to have as many as possible to help out! Cooking and burrito assembly begin at 6:30am\, setup and sales crews at 9:20 and 11:20.  There also a need for a cleanup crew after the event.  Please reach out to Greg Sullivan to let us know that you  will be helping out on Sunday!  Brother Greg can be reached at (901) 212-7660 (text him) or email: gpsmemphis@gmail.com.  I think we could easily use 10-12 volunteers for that 6:30 shift as well as 4-6 for both of the sales crews and 4 or so for cleanup!  \nIf you are going to make a purchase of 20 or more burritos\, please let us know in advance. As usual\, burritos are $4 each or $25 for 7.

DESCRIPTION:The council’s Christmas party will be on Thursday\, December 12th in place of the December members meeting. The party will take place at Madera’s Grill and Cantina at Antler Creek Golf Course in Falcon. The meal will be Italian Buffet and consists of Lasagna\, Veggie Penne Pasta\, Chicken Alfredo\, Salad\, Bread\, and non-alcoholic drinks. The cost is $25 per person (includes tip). SUMMARY:Parking Assistance
DESCRIPTION:The 4pm mass is the only Christmas Mass we have been asked to direct traffic and assist parishioners and visitors with parking at Our Lady of the Pines.  The challenge is making sure everyone is able to get into church on time and safely.  This Mass will be very crowded and parking will be a premium.   \nThe volunteers will meet at 3PM in the hallway in the back of the church building.  I will brief the volunteers and make sure everyone understands their assignments.  We have traffic vests\, flashlights and two-way radios that will be distributed at the brief.  Vehicles will start arriving as early as 3:15PM. If you can assist with traffic control at the exits after the Mass it will be greatly appreciated.  \nIf you can help out please send me an e-mail message at kevinbrad@aol.com.
