DETAILS:

We will be picking up the peach orders at Holy Trinity church (3122 Poinsetta Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80907) at 8AM on August 1st. 4 pickups with drivers, plus 8 more are required to help load. Once brought back to OLP, we will offload into the Parish Hall start at 10. Distribution to parishioners will start at 11AM. 6 volunteers are required from 11AM - 1PM. 4 volunteers are required from 1 until 3-3:30PM

Bring pickups to Holy Trinity and assist with loading. There is a separate task to request additional volunteers to help with loading. Once loaded, bring peaches to OLP for offloading in Parish Hall.

Membership Drive

We are planning our membership drive after the mass held the weekend of 8-9 August. We're looking for volunteers to answer questions about becoming a Knight and assisting with signups. Business cards will be available to help prospective candidates.

Parish Picnic - BBQ, Soccer Challenge, Membership

We're a very active and visible part of the annual Parish Picnic. This year we will again be manning the BBQ grill, setting up and running the soccer challenge, and hosting a table to answer questions about our council and becoming a Knight.
